Felix Zilberstein
Managing Partner & Chief Executive Officer 

Felix Zilberstein is the owner of FZ Consulting, a CEO and executive management consulting practice that also invests in and manages emerging technology companies. Felix has spent the last three decades working in leadership roles at the Israel Ministry of Defense, as well as at IBM, MIRS and Motorola; successfully taking software and hardware products and services to market around the world. Felix has a computer science degree from MAMRAM and an MBA from the Thames Valley University.

Gerry Sapir
Managing Partner & VP of Finance/Portfolio Development

Gerry Sapir is an Active Partner and a Board Member at AfterDox, one of Israel's premier Angel Investor Groups consisting of professionals previously with Amdocs, one of the world's largest customer care, billing and order management system providers. Over the last 25 years, Gerry has been highly involved in the start-up industry in Israel; analyzing, researching and supporting several emerging technology companies. He has also served as CEO of technology companies including CPM, Halibut and Bynet PC (Rad-Bynet Group).
Gerry spent 5 years as VP of Marketing & Business Development at Clal-Ipex (part of Ness), and previously initiated and managed EDI projects at Malam Systems - taking part in the creation of Golden-Net (Bezeq-Zahav) in Israel. Gerry holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science - Technion Haifa, Israel and a M.Sc. in Business Administration/MIS-Tel Aviv University, Israel.

Brian Rosenzweig
Managing Partner & VP of Investor Development

Brian has extensive experience working with emerging technology companies around the globe. As Director of Marketing for 21Ventures, LLC, a U.S.-based alternative energy, security and mobile technology venture fund, Brian was responsible for developing and executing more effective market entry and expansion strategies for the fund's 45+ portfolio companies. Prior to joining 21Ventures, Brian co-founded, 3Spectra Collaborative Technology Solutions, later to be spun-off into The Expansion Agency; two consultancies dedicated to providing technology start-ups with marketing and business development solutions in the U.S., Brazil, Western Europe and Israel. Additionally, Brian has been a part of international marketing communications teams under a global PR agency, a UK-based business development consultancy and a web marketing firm. Brian graduated from Indiana University – Bloomington with a B.A. in Journalism from the Ernie Pyle School of Journalism, a B.A. in Jewish Studies, and a Minor in Hebrew.
