JANVEST's unique investment strategy is based on the following methodology:


SMALL CAPITAL
JANVEST pools small capital into larger size investments for early stage, Israel-based technologies in order to acquire substantial equity across numerous start-ups on behalf of its Angel's network.

PORTFOLIO DIVERSITY
With their investment, Angel investors are offered equity in a set number of emerging technology companies functioning within the IT, Telecommunications, Software, Internet and Alternative Energy sectors.  The diversity of each investor's portfolio is intended to peak each individual's technology interests and thus maintain more sincere involvement in JANVEST.

VALUE-ADDED PARTNERSHIPS
JANVEST leverages co-investment and networking partnerships in both the U.S. and Israel for the benefit of the portfolio and its investors. Immediately upon a company becoming a part of the JANVEST portfolio, our management, advisors and investor network begin seeking out follow-on funding in the form of either a second round, or as a co-investment to quickly improve the future positioning of the investment.

In today's market, JANVEST is dedicated to mitigating the risk as much as possible for its investors. By providing small cap investors with equity in numerous start-ups across varying sectors, JANVEST is increasing the potential for profitability.
